Whoa, baby!

Two city cops helped welcome a baby girl into the world after they happened by a mom in the middle of labor inside an SUV parked on a busy Brooklyn street, authorities said Tuesday.

NYPD Officers Susanna Reynolds and Charles Moncayo were finishing a call on Washington Ave. in Fort Greene when they heard a sudden cry for help at Atlantic Ave. shortly after 11 a.m. Monday.
