Now in its 11th year, NAAWFM was founded by Personal Development Training Specialist, Sheila Madison, of Sheila Madison and Associates.
The goal of NAAWFM is to motivate women of color to add more exercise to their daily routine, while also drawing attention to the health risks of living an inactive lifestyle.
