It looks like Congress might be feeling Kendrick Lamar more than we thought!

Pueblo, Colorado student Tiona Cordova painted a non-traditional portrait of Kendrick Lamar for the 3rd District Congressional Art Competition, and her work hasn’t gone unnoticed.

The Centennial High School senior took first place in the annual art event, but wasn’t notified until Colorado Congressman Scott Tipton reached out to personally deliver the news. Cordova’s piece, titled “Utmost Appreciation,” will hang in the U.S. Capitol for one year.

Talk about bragging rights!

Take a look at Tiona’s portrait below, and catch Kendrick in D.C. this July for his most-see DAMN. tour!
