Waistline Wednesday VEGAN FRESH CHOPPED VEGETABLE SALAD

1 cup steamed asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces 1 cup cucumbers, diced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 cup tomatoes, diced
1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar
1⁄4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
sea salt, to taste black pepper, to taste
Place cut vegetables into a large bowl.
In a small bowl whisk dressing ingredients together, pour on vegetables & lightly toss.
