Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter has been accused of raping a 13-year-old girl along with Diddy back in 2000.

According to reports, the alleged assault took place at an MTV Video Music Awards afterparty. “Another celebrity stood by and watched as Combs and Carter took turns assaulting the minor,” the lawsuit states.

The victim is identified as “Jane Doe” and named Jay-Z in an amended civil lawsuit filed in the Southern District of New York on Sunday, December 8. This lawsuit was originally filed in October against Sean “Diddy” Combs.

The rapper has denied all allegations against him and released a statement calling the claims “heinous.” In the statement, he says that he is being blackmailed by a called named Tony Buzbee and called him a “deplorable human.”
