Halle Bailey has been granted temporary legal and physical custody of her son, Halo, whom she shares with rapper DDG. This decision comes after she was granted a temporary restraining order against DDG after filing a police report alleging physical abuse.

According to court documents, Bailey said, “I realize that there is no placating Darryl. I cannot allow this abuse any longer. I cannot keep living like this.” She continued, “I never know when he is going to demand our son to be in his mother’s care and whether I will be subjected to his threats and abuse.”

Bailey also asked the court not to allow DDG to leave Los Angeles with their son and requested that he not visit him alone. She also asked that the rapper be granted supervised visits with a professional company once a week for six hours in Los Angeles to be with their son.

Halle Bailey filed a restraining order against DDG on Tuesday and was seeking an order of protection after she claimed that he physically abused her numerous times. She was later granted the restraining order, which requires DDG to stay 100 yards away from “The Little Mermaid” actress. The restraining order also states that he is not allowed to post their son on his livestreams.
