Porsha Williams is back on the dating scene after filing for divorce from estranged husband, Simon Guobadia in February 2024. The divorce was finalized back in June.
During Thanksgiving weekend, Porsha took to Instagram in November to make her relationship with Patrice “Sway” McKinney public. The picture showed the couple standing stood in front of two Christmas trees with McKinney’s arms wrapped around Porsha’s waist.
She previously revealed that she has been dating both a man and a woman. Most recently, she decided to focus on the woman, who happened to be McKinney. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star detailed her new relationship in her latest interview with Entertainment Tonight.
Williams says that she suggested the two bring their families together for the holiday that led to a “bomb Thanksgiving.”
“We had a ball. We were karokeing, playing games, eating good food….it just all felt good,” said Williams.
McKinney’s birthday fell on the next day, so the Atlanta native decided to honor her new boo with an Instagram post.
“The picture was just so sweet. How could I resist,” said Williams. When asked if they have labeled their relationship yet, Williams revealed that the two are exclusive.
“We are very close, definitely still dating,” said the 44 year-old reality star. “The next time you see me I might be engaged.” Despite this sentiment, she is looking to still take things “very slow.”
Back in June, Porsha Williams opened up to PEOPLE about the possibility of being romantically linked with a woman.
“I was sitting there, I was like, ‘Do I like women enough? Can I get with a woman? Who can come in and fill this void?’ But I don’t [have that] yet. It’ll come.”
