Keke Palmer is celebrating the sisterhood of her mom friends.
Speaking with PEOPLE, the 33-year-old actress Palmer shared about her friend group of moms and how they’ve helped her navigate motherhood.
“I love being a mom and my little mom group. We are like thick as thieves, and they’re amazing women,” Palmer explained. “I met them when I put my son into his first school, and they embraced us.”
“They’ve been moms longer than I have,” she continued. “Most of them have two kids, and their kids are older — so they have been in the game for a while. And with me being a single mom, they just immediately went all hands on deck and were like, ‘[We’re here for] whatever you need.”
“That’s what true friends are. It’s been a real blessing in my life to meet those girls, honestly,” she added.
Along with great advice and wisdom, Palmer said that the latest have a lot of fun.

“We play pickleball together, we work out together, we get the kids together,” she continued. “And We’re even going to see Oprah soon. We’re so tied up, it’s just crazy. It’s a whole new life.”
Palmer welcomed her first child, a son named Leodis “Leo” Andrellton Jackson, on February 25, 2023. She shares custody with her ex-partner Darius Jackson. Since his arrival, Palmer has frequently given fans glimpses into her journey as a mother, crediting the toddler as her ultimate source of purpose and grounding.
Palmer recently starred in the satirical absurdist crime comedy film I Love Boosters, directed by Boots Riley. The film hit theaters in May 2026 after premiering at SXSW. Balancing her signature comedic timing with social commentary, Palmer also showcased her musical talents by recording an original soundtrack EP alongside Boots Riley for the project.
