Jennifer Lopez appears to be moving on following her high-profile divorce, with new reports suggesting the multi-hyphenate star is casually dating her recent co-star, Brett Goldstein.
The rumors come months after the pair wrapped production on the Netflix film “Office Romance,” where sources say their professional connection blossomed into a private spark. Speculation regarding the 57-year-old singer and the 46-year-old “Ted Lasso” actor reached a fever pitch following a Hollywood gathering on Oct. 16.
Although the two stars reportedly arrived at the Los Angeles party separately to avoid photographers, insiders told Page Six that they departed together in the same vehicle. While the relationship is currently described as “casual,” sources close to the pair noted that they share a lifestyle compatibility that Lopez found lacking in previous relationships.
“The one thing they have in common is they both enjoy going out to parties and restaurants,” a source said, contrasting Goldstein’s demeanor with that of Lopez’s ex-husband, Ben Affleck, who was frequently photographed looking somber during public outings. The rumored pairing follows a series of public denials. During a joint appearance on “Today” in June, both actors laughed off dating rumors.
Lopez explained at the time that the media often attempts to pair her with any man she stands near, while Goldstein simply added, “Correct,” when asked if they were not dating in real life. However, the foundation for a romance may have been laid years ago.
Goldstein, who rose to international fame playing Roy Kent on the Apple TV+ hit “Ted Lasso,” has been a vocal admirer of Lopez for years. During a 2019 podcast, he spoke glowingly of her career and longevity in the industry. More recently, Lopez herself fueled the fire during an interview with Andy Cohen, jokingly naming Goldstein as the “best kisser” among her recent co-stars.
Neither Lopez nor Goldstein has officially confirmed the status of their relationship.
