Megan Thee Stallion Is Bringing Mental Health To Her Hot Girls

Megan Thee Stallion ensures her fans have access to mental health resources.

As reported on CNN, the Houston, Texas rapper launched a website called “Bad B*tches Have Bad Days Too.” Visitors get a list of free therapy organizations, various crisis helplines, and places to find substance abuse help, among other resources, the outlet reports.

There’s also support for members of the LGBTQ community. Visitors can find psychotherapists of color. There’s also a section that “spotlights organizations like the Black Emotional and Mental Health Collective and Melanin and Mental Health, which aim to reach members of the Black and Latinx communities”, the article points out.

Megan has been open about her mental health struggles. In 2019 when her mother, Holly Thomas died of brain cancer, Megan was a guest on Taraji P. Henson’s “Peace of Mind with Taraji” Facebook watch series, and spoke on getting the help she needed. Megan said,

“Now, in this space, I’ve lost both of my parents. So now I’m like, ‘Oh, my gosh, who do I talk to? What do I do?’ And I just started learning that it’s okay to ask for help. And it’s okay to want to go get therapy. Getting help — that’s real hot girl stuff.”

We love to see it!
