Multitalented entertainer Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson is set to headline a new true-crime series, 50 Ways to Catch a Killer, premiering on Fox Nation later this month, network executives announced Thursday.

Fox Nation to Debut Six-Episode Investigative Series

The streaming event will begin on Sept. 16, launching with two episodes and concluding by the end of the month with weekly releases.

“We are thrilled to partner with Curtis ‘50 Cent’ Jackson to bring his distinctive voice and perspective to this gripping investigative series,” said Jason Klarman, chief digital officer and chief marketing officer of Fox News Media.

Jackson, who serves as host and executive producer through his G-Unit Film & Television banner in partnership with Lionsgate Alternative Television, said the new series will immerse viewers in real investigations. “True crime is powerful because it’s real cases, real people, and real justice,” he said. “With this series, I want viewers to experience the intensity of these investigations and the relentless work it takes to uncover the truth. We’re bringing these stories to life in a way that’s both gripping and authentic.”

Titled 50 Ways to Catch a Killer, the six-episode series follows law-enforcement teams as they chase breakthroughs in real murder cases. Viewers will gain insight into the techniques, expert analysis and key clues that lead to arrests or convictions.

Each episode focuses on a unique investigative strategy—from modern forensic advances to classic detective work. Jackson personally selects cases, introduces the investigators, and walks audiences through each twist, ending with updates on the defendant’s fate.

In one episode, titled “Fake ’em Out,” investigators wrestle with uncertainty over whether a missing-person case involving Maryland teacher Laura Wallen is actually a homicide. Another episode, “Hit the Road,” uses entomology—study of insects—to crack the shockingly violent murder of a family in Bakersfield, California.

Jackson’s entertainment credentials span music, scripted and unscripted TV, and digital initiatives. His G-Unit Film & Television produced Power and its spin-offs, Black Mafia Family, and For Life. He also developed the Surviving El Chapo podcast into a docuseries, and launched 50 Cent Action, a FAST channel on Roku and LG Channels.

50 Ways to Catch a Killer expands Fox Nation’s increasingly diverse lineup. Since its launch in 2018, the platform has built a catalog of nearly 10,000 hours of lifestyle, investigative, and documentary content for subscribers.
