Music director Adam Blackstone has tapped Keke Palmer to debut his holiday collection.

The multi-instrumentalist has released a new single with Palmer entitled, “Christmas Kisses.”

It arrives as the lead single from Blackstone’s forthcoming second solo album and first Christmas album, A LEGACY CHRISTMAS, which is set for release on November 24 and will also feature guest artists to include Andra Day, BJ The Chicago Kid, Boyz II Men, and more.

The musician will head to NYC’s Blue Note Jazz Club on November 27 in promotion of the album

Blackstone has become a star in his own right. His 2022 debut album Legacy has garnered millions of streams and snagged him a GRAMMY nomination for Best Traditional R&B Performance for the song “’Round Midnight” featuring Jazmine Sullivan.

It’s debatable if Keke has been naughty or nice this year, but she has a long wishlist for her personal Santa to fulfill this Christmas. “Ooh, Santa baby, baby, baby, please grant my wishes / Got plenty on my list but only one thing I’m missing / Now you know, you know I like diamonds and gold / But I hope you’re listening / Don’t forget about my kisses on this Christmas,” she sings on the chorus of the festive bop with a lively horn section and jingle bells.

Additionally, Blackstone is currently nominated for two Emmy® awards in the category of Musical Direction. He received one nomination for his efforts in the 2022 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, and the other for Rihanna’s most-watched 2023 Super Bowl Halftime Show. Blackstone previously banked an Emmy® win for The Pepsi Super Bowl LVI Halftime Show starring Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Mary J. Blige, Eminem, and more.
