Anne Burrell, Food Network Star, Cause of Death Revealed

Anne Burrell, celebrity chef, has passed away at the age of 55. 

According to reports, Burrell’s cause of death was revealed to be a cardiac arrest. She was found dead in her Brooklyn apartment. Burrell was best known for her role as the host of “Worst Cooks in America.” 

According to reports, the New York City Fire Department responded to a call at Burrell’s home at 7:50 am, and she was declared dead upon arrival. They confirmed that she was found “unconscious and unresponsive” in her home. 

Burrell’s team said in a statement, “Burrell was an industry veteran and passionate teacher who prided herself on her work in the culinary world. Her family also released a statement, “Anne was a beloved wife, sister, daughter, stepmother, and friend- her smile lit up every room she entered. Anne’s light radiated far beyond those she knew, touching millions across the world. Though she is no longer with us, her warmth, spirit, and boundless love remain eternal.” 

Anne Burrell is survived by her husband, Stuart, and stepson, Javier, her mother, and sister, as well as her children and brother.
