Nearly three months have gone by since Aretha Franklin passed away in her Detroit, M.I. home, and now the 4,148-square-foot abode is up for sale.
The Queen of Soul’s suburban home, located in Bloomfield Township, is on the market for $800,000. The home has five bedrooms, seven baths, and access to the gated community’s pool and tennis courts, reports Real Estate by Boston.com and Globe.com.
The Michigan-based home also includes a three-car garage, jetted tub with a sauna, and multiple decks.

Franklin had no will at the time of her death, and her “tangible assets include several pieces of property in the Detroit area that according to tax assessors’ estimates are worth at least $2 million, with a market value that could easily be twice that.”
