Beyoncé and Jay-Z are rumored to be expanding their real estate empire across the Atlantic.
According to multiple reports, the superstar couple is in the final stages of purchasing a sprawling 58-acre estate in the Cotswolds, England, sparking speculation that they may be setting up a second home in the UK.
The reports suggest that the pair viewed the off-market property earlier this summer, with Beyoncé and Jay-Z reportedly flying over the site in a helicopter during Beyoncé’s London tour dates. The estate is said to come with planning permission for a luxury countryside retreat, complete with a lake, woodlands, and a blend of traditional and modern architecture.
A source close to the sale reportedly told The Mirror, “They were in negotiation on the price, and it isn’t on the market any more, which would suggest it’s a done deal.”
The estate is located near Great Tew, an exclusive village that has become a haven for high-profile names. Neighbors in the area include the Beckhams, Simon Cowell, and other global stars, with members’ club Soho Farmhouse and luxury retailer Daylesford Organic nearby—both popular destinations for Britain’s elite.
Speculation Not Confirmed:
As of now, neither Beyoncé nor Jay-Z has confirmed the reported purchase. However, their potential acquisition highlights the increasing appeal of the Cotswolds, long known for its picturesque scenery, historic villages, and growing community of celebrity residents.
