Beyoncé Seemingly Responds To Erykah Badu’s Accusations About Her

Round two? It looks like Beyoncé isn’t going to let the comments Erykah Badu made about her slide.

We recently reported that Badu had accused Queen Bey of stealing her look after she performed in a wide-brimmed top hat during her Renaissance Tour last Saturday at Metlife stadium. Badu would post on social media a few photos of her and Beyoncé wearing similar hats and say she guess she’s everyone’s stylist.

The comments and shade didn’t sit well with the “Cuff It” singer. On Monday, the Renaissance Tour made its way to Foxborough, Massachusetts. During her performance of “Break My Soul (The Queens Remix),” Beyoncé switched up the lyrics instead of celebrating her fellow Black women artists such as Lizzo and Kelly Rowland, she constantly just called out “Badu, Badu, Badu, Badu.”

After a clip of this performance went viral, fans began to speculate to see if she was honoring or shading the “Tyrone” singer.

Fans also noticed that Lizzo’s name was excluded from the song after a lawsuit was filed against the “Water Me” singer by three of her former dancers, accusing her of sexual harassment, creating a hostile work environment, and body-shaming.

Lizzo has since released a statement about the accusations. What are your thoughts on this?
