Run the World star, Bresha Webb, is growing her family. She and her husband, Nick Jones Jr. have announced that they are expecting their first baby together!
In a conversation with PEOPLE, the actress opens up about discovering her pregnancy and how excited she is to be a first-time mom.
“We found out when we took the Clearblue digital test in August. Los Angeles had this terrible storm and everyone was in panic mode,” she said. “I just knew we were going to make cocktails and watch movies all day and I was like, ‘I have this feeling and I feel like I need to take a test.’”
She recalled Jones Jr.’s excitement once they found out.
“H’s very sentimental. He was crying,” she said. Her husband already has a seven-year-old daughter from a previous relationship. “He’s so excited. He was completely a ball of just emotions and super happy. And I have a bonus daughter and we were so excited to share the news with her at the right time.”
Webb said although she is excited about the baby, she’s “staying open” to the baby’s gender.
“I’m good either way,” she says. “I would love a girl because I know that’s what my daughter would love. So I would love to have her have a sister, but I just want healthy and happy and a really great delivery.”
