Rapper Cam’Ron sharply criticized boxer Adrien Broner on his podcast after removing him from the set for making what Cam’Ron called inappropriate comments toward a co-host. The confrontation erupted during a taped episode of It Is What It Is when Broner repeatedly flirted with Treasure “Stat Baby” Wilson, despite warnings.

Tension Rise Between Cam’Ron and Adrien Broner

Broner appeared on the show to comment on a recent high-profile match between Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford. Early in the discussion, he turned to Wilson and said, “You look so good in person for real, what you weigh stat? I love you I swear to God.”

Cam’Ron quickly intervened, reminding Broner that Wilson’s boyfriend was present. He told Broner to stop doing what he called “violating” behavior.

Broner responded with what some described as apology vocals — “Oh s**t my bad” — but soon resumed the advances, saying, “I did not know you looked that good in person.” He added, “You’re amazing.”

After repeated infractions, Cam’Ron cut Broner’s appearance short. He said, “We going to have to ask you to go, my n*** … We going to have to ask you to go … but you can’t violate bruh.”* He paused, then added: “I appreciate your time.”

Cam’Ron kept his tone firm but calm as he paid Broner for his time — then escorted him off the set.

A clip of the episode later appeared on Cam’Ron’s Instagram with the caption: “See this just why we don’t just let anybody come on our show … [Broner] was outta pocket, so [Killa] politely told this … to exit the building.”

Broner, who has not fought since a unanimous-decision loss to Blair Cobbs in mid-2024, has not yet publicly addressed the fallout beyond what occurred in the episode.
