WNBA player Candace Parker has made history.

According to reports, she has become the first WNBA player to win a championship with three different teams. She won her first championship in 2016 with Los Angeles and then again in 2021 with Chicago and this past Wednesday when the Las Vegas Aces beat the New York Liberty.

Although she has made history, Parker did not play in the Game 4 finals due to suffering an injury on July 7th, where she fractured her foot that required surgery. While only playing 18 games this season, Parker averaged 9 points, 5.4 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 1.5 steals per game, according to CBS Sports

Besides having three back to back championships, Candace Parker also has two MVPs, a finals MVP, was given Defensive Player of the Year award, Rookie of the Year Award and has made 10 All-WNBA appearances and 7 All-Star appearances.

Congratulations to Parker and the Las Vegas Aces.
