Cardi B has officially given birth to her fourth baby, shared with boyfriend Stefon Diggs.
The Grammy-winning artist announced her baby boy on Thursday (Nov 13).
“My last chapter was the beginning of a new season. Starting over is never easy but it’s been so worth it! I brought new music and a new album to the world! A new baby into my world, and one more reason to be the best version of me, one more reason to love me more than anything else or anyone else so I can continue giving my babies the love and life they deserve. This next chapter is Me vs. Me! It’s me against all odds me against everything meant to get in my way.”
Rumors that Cardi has given birth sparked after a clip of the 33 year-old hit the internet. The brief clip obtained by TMZ showed a perfectly coiffed Cardi sitting on a weight bench in black workout gear, rocking earphones and scrolling on her smartphone.
TMZ subsequently confirmed that she gave birth a week prior to her announcement.
Stefon Diggs and Cardi B debuted their romance earlier this year in May with an appearance at a Knicks game, during which they held hands. Cardi later announced the her pregnancy mid her promo run for her album ‘Am I The Drama?’.
In an interview with People Magzine, Diggs, 31, did not hold back his excitement after learning the baby’s gender. He talked about all the activities he is looking forward to with his son. “I can’t wait to make him do push-ups and sit-ups and run around,” he said.
Cardi is currently trying to settle her divorce with her ex-husband, Offset, in which the Migos star is reportedly asking for a 70/30 split of Cardi’s earnings.
