A federal judge has granted plaintiff Clayton Howard allowance to serve Cassie Ventura through alternative means after repeated failed attempts to reach her through traditional channels.

Howard, a self-described sex worker who appeared in the Netflix docuseries Sean Combs: The Reckoning, is suing Ventura for her role in a freak-off. He accuses Diddy and Cassie of subjecting him to sexual exploitation, trafficking, and coercive “freak-off” encounters.

He further alleges that Cassie transmitted an STD to him and pressured him into sexual acts under Diddy’s direction. In one of the most serious claims, he says a pregnancy was terminated without his knowledge or consent.

In the 50-cent-produced doc, Howard detailed a disturbing ritual where Diddy instructed Cassie to collect his semen and store it in a cup.

According to AllHipHop, Judge Anne Hwang issued an order granting Howard’s request of serving Cassie through other means after months of failed attempts to physically locate or directly notify her about the civil claims.

Courts typically authorize this step when a defendant cannot be located through traditional means such as in-person delivery.

Cassie must now face Clayton Howard’s freak-off lawsuit head-on after Judge Hwang’s approval. The lawsuit adds to the growing number of civil suits stemming from Cassie original 2023 legal suit against the Bad Boy Records executive.
