Chloe Bailey recently shared how excited she is for her sister Halle’s success.

Speaking with PEOPLE , Chloe shared how they are both thriving in separate career paths.

“Sis and I, we started doing everything together, so we’re each other’s safety blanket,” Chloe said. “I was so happy to be there at the screening in L.A. to support her for her incredible rom-com.”

Halle starred in the rom-com You, Me & Tuscany. Chloe is starring in the forthcoming psychological thriller Strung, set to premiere on Peacock on June 26.

“It’s so fun to see how we’re both doing our thing and killing it equally. And also, it just makes it when we come together that much more special,” Chloe said.

According to the synopsis of Strung, the movie follows Layla, “a talented violinist whose new job tutoring for an elite family turns into a battle for safety and sanity when she realizes her past links to the family’s patriarch. And it’s a fight for her sanity and survival.”

“It was very exciting and very spontaneous,” Chloe explained. “We didn’t know what we were going to get ourselves into until the day of. Even though we did plan a lot and we had rehearsals and things. You just never know what the day might bring, and it was fun putting fake blood on. It was fun doing music another day, which is always my love. You never knew what you were gonna get.”

When asked if her real-life intuition matches her character’s eerie instinct that something is wrong with the family in the film, she spoke of similarities.

“So, that’s something I’m currently trying to work on, to not be as impulsive when it comes to my feelings,” said Chloe

“I’m trying to be a little more disciplined,” she continued. “So, yes, but Layla, some moments she’s with it, ride or die, and some moments she hesitates. So, I think she’s constantly in fight-or-flight mode, and you never know what you’re gonna get from her.”

Strung premieres exclusively on Peacock on June 26.
