Chris Brown recently opened up about his unusual way of coping with life on the road. Amid the energy of his Breezy Bowl XX Stadium World Tour, the singer began sharing a surprising habit via Instagram.
“Fun fact: I like to sneak out by myself when I’m in different cities,” he wrote in the caption.
Brown added that these nightly excursions help him “feel human and normal,” especially when his celebrity status makes everyday life impossible:
“That’s really important for my mental due to the fact that I just can’t walk around freely during the day,” he continued. “Keeps me grounded.”
Why Going Incognito Matters
In the same post, Brown reflected on the toll that constant isolation takes on his mental health.
“Being secluded from some parts of everyday life activities will drive you insane being isolated all the time,” he shared.
Photographs show him dressed casually in a ski-mask style outfit in Amsterdam, blending into the cityscape under cover of night.
Tour Highlights and Legal Headwinds
The Breezy Bowl XX tour marks two decades since Brown’s debut album. It launched on June 8 in Amsterdam and will continue through Europe before heading to North America this summer.
Amid this celebration, Brown also faces serious legal challenges. He was recently granted $6.7 million bail after being arrested in Manchester on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm in a London nightclub incident. His next court hearing is scheduled for June 20.
