Christian Combs, also known as King Combs in the music industry, faces allegations of sexual assault dating back to 2022. The lawsuit, initially hinted at and later confirmed by TMZ, was filed by Grace O’Marcaigh, a former yacht steward.
The Allegations Against Christian Combs
O’Marcaigh recounts an incident aboard a yacht chartered by Sean “Diddy” Combs, Christian’s father, just before New Year’s Eve. She alleges that Christian Combs pressured her into consuming spiked liquor and then proceeded to make unwanted advances.
According to O’Marcaigh, the situation escalated when Combs attempted to force her into performing oral sex and subjected her to physical aggression. The lawsuit implicates both Combs and his father, accusing Diddy of facilitating the assault.
Court documents obtained by ET shed light on the environment aboard the yacht, describing it as a scene of excessive partying and drug use. O’Marcaigh claims the atmosphere devolved into a “hedonistic environment,” with alleged instances of drug-laced bottles and unconscious individuals, including suspected sex workers, present.
In response to the lawsuit, Aaron Dyer, attorney for the Combs family, announced plans to file a motion to dismiss the allegations. This development comes amidst a series of sexual assault lawsuits filed against Diddy, including accusations from other individuals such as music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones.
The lawsuit also alleges retaliation from the Combs family, citing O’Marcaigh’s termination and subsequent mental health struggles. These claims add to the mounting legal challenges faced by the Combs family. Recently, law enforcement raided their home due to sex trafficking allegations.
The legal battles coincide with broader repercussions for Diddy’s reputation and business endeavors. While previous lawsuits, including one from his ex-girlfriend Cassie, have been settled, new allegations continue to surface.
Despite vehement denials from Diddy and his legal team, the lawsuits pose significant challenges to his public image.
