As you may know, Colin Kaepernick has been blackballed from the NFL after peacefully protesting against police brutality and the mistreatment of Black and Brown people.
Kaepernick later filed suit against the NFL for all 32 teams colluding to keep him out of the organization.
The NFL requested to dismiss the case due to what they believe is a LACK of evidence, however, the arbitrator ruled there is a sufficient amount of evidence to continue the case, and TAKE IT TO TRIAL.
