Damon Dash has issued a response to Claudia Jordan’s recent accusations that he acted inappropriately on the set of Dear Frank. Jordan last week accused Dash of “wildly inappropriate” behavior during production. Dash now says he “never meant to harm” and insists the incident is being misunderstood.

Claudia Jordan claims Dash behaved in a sexualized manner while filming. She alleges he made her uncomfortable during a scene preparation. Jordan said, “On the set of *Dear Frank, you were wildly inappropriate. You did s**t on that set that should have shut it down. … The things you did … what you tried to do to get me ready for a scene … You were disgusting.”
She also called Dash a “pervert” and criticized his conduct around women on the set. Jordan accused him of using a pornography tape during prep, saying his actions “should have shut it down.”
Dash spoke out in an interview and via social media. He said Jordan had told him she felt his behavior was sexual harassment or simply “inappropriate.” “She was saying that she found that to be sexual harassment … or she just felt like it was inappropriate,” he said.
Dash added that he had tried to handle the matter with sensitivity. “I didn’t want to talk sex with you. That’s why I gave it to you and said, ‘Go over there,’” he explained, referencing his alleged attempt to distance himself.
Jordan also criticized Dash for dragging her into his legal and financial controversies. She said, “You’ve been sued by everybody, and you lost every single lawsuit, and you owe the government … yet you keep trying to bring me into your bulls***.”
Dash reposted Jordan’s video and challenged her to speak about these issues publicly. His post read in part: “Please tell your truth in front of a lot of people…. i dare you.”
At this time, there are no public records of any legal filings by Jordan against Dash. Whether either party will pursue formal legal action remains unclear. Some industry observers say these types of disputes hinge on definitions of consent, workplace conduct, and the evidence each side can present.
