Diddy has decided to hire a new legal team while he is currently battling two sexual assault cases.
The former REVOLT chairman has hired attorneys Jonathan D. Davis, Alyssa M. Pronley and Anthony C. LoMonaco to represent him in the two cases. The notices advising the courts of his legal council were made with the New York County Clerk this week.
Former Bad Boy president Harve Pierre, Bad Boy Records and Diddy Enterprises are all listed as defendants in the cases as well.
In early December, Diddy spoke out against the high volume of accusations he was receiving about sexual misconduct.
“ENOUGH IS ENOUGH,” he wrote in a statement shared on his social media accounts. “For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy.”
“Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday,” he continued. “Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”
The fourth and most recent sexual assault lawsuit came shortly after he made his statement. A woman who identifies as Jane Doe, accused Diddy, Harve Pierre, and another man of gang-raping her at 17-years-old in 2003.
