A woman who says Sean “Diddy” Combs and others sexually assaulted her in a recording studio when she was a minor was hoping to stay anonymous as the legal process played out.

However, according to TMZ, a judge ruled her name must be used in her lawsuit.

The Jane Doe was revealed to be Anna Kane, the former wife of NHL player Evander Kane.

Kane, who alleged in her filing that Diddy gang r*ped her when she was a 17-year-old high school student, updated her court documents to include her real name.

She told TMZ, via her attorney Doug Wigdor:

“I had hoped to use a pseudonym in pursuing justice for what happened to me as a teenager. Defendants’ demand that I use my name was an attempt to intimidate me, but I am not intimidated. I am prepared to proceed and hold accountable those who have harmed me.”

In her lawsuit, Anna claims she met Bad Boy Entertainment President Harve Pierre in 2003 in the Detroit are. Pierre allegedly called her “hot,” dropped Diddy’s name, and invited her to jump on a private jet to go meet the music mogul.

She says that Diddy and others gave her alcohol and drugs before sexually assaulting her.

The lawsuit also contains images of her meeting Diddy, which allegedly took place in his studio, however, to this point, Diddy has denied these allegations.

Anna Kane and Evander Kane — who previously played for the Atlanta Thrashers/Winnipeg Jets, Buffalo Sabres, and San Jose Sharks before signing with the Oilers during the 2021-22 season — were married in 2018.
