Drew Sidora has made serious allegations against her estranged husband, Ralph Pittman, claiming she possesses video evidence of abuse involving their child.
The claims surfaced in recent court filings tied to the couple’s ongoing divorce, which has grown increasingly contentious in recent months.
Sidora, known for her role on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, alleged she previously submitted evidence to the court. That evidence, she said, includes “a video in which [Ralph] could be heard severely beating the parties’ son.”
The allegation marks a significant escalation in a legal dispute that already includes custody battles, financial disagreements and claims of misconduct.
Custody battle intensifies
The accusations come shortly after a judge granted Pittman primary physical custody of the couple’s two children during the school year.
Sidora was also ordered to vacate the family’s Georgia home by the end of May. She has since petitioned the court to reconsider, arguing she lacks the financial resources to relocate and could face homelessness.
In her filing, Sidora questioned the court’s earlier decision, citing what she described as a “documented history of physically abusing the parties’ son.”
She further alleged that Pittman admitted to the abuse in 2024 but later denied it during a court hearing in March 2026.
The court has not yet issued a ruling on her latest request.
Denial and ongoing legal dispute
Pittman has denied the allegations, according to reports, and has not publicly commented in detail on the claims.
The couple, who married in 2014 and filed for divorce in 2023, share two children together. Sidora also has a son from a previous relationship.
Their divorce proceedings have drawn public attention due to the severity of the claims and their prominence on reality television. The dispute has included disagreements over finances, parenting responsibilities and alleged personal conduct.
Court records indicate the couple is also dealing with financial strain, including being behind on mortgage payments.
Despite the allegations, the case remains unresolved. Legal experts note that such claims typically require substantial evidence and judicial review before influencing custody determinations.
