Duane Martin and his ex-wife Tisha Campbell’s bankruptcy has officially been closed nearly a decade after the exes filed.
According to court documents obtained by InTouchWeekly, the trustee presiding over the former married actors’ Chapter 7 filed a final report on July 16.
The filing said Duane and Tisha had $16 million in claims discharged without payment and $1.7 million was made in distributions to claimants.
The report said assets in the amount of $222,000 were abandoned and the actors had assets worth $91,000 marked as exempt.
The report also said the trustee collected over $2 million from the sale of a home owned by the exes, $55,000 in security deposits, $100,000 from one of their former businesses, $713,000 in residuals seized along with tax refunds.
The trustee revealed the majority of Duane and Tisha’s federal tax debt was paid off in the case.
Duane and Tisha initially filed for bankruptcy in January 2016.
At the time, they claimed to have $313,000 in assets. Their petition listed over $15 million in liabilities. Duane and Tisha said they owned $65,000 in real estate and $248,000 in personal property.

Tisha Campbell, 56, is a multi-talented actress and singer. She gained notoriety from the hit sitcoms Martin and My Wife & Kids. Gaining early experience on stage and in films like Little Shop of Horrors (1986) and School Daze (1988), she later picked up a recurring role in the teen comedy House Party (1990) and its subsequent sequels.
