Actor Bryshere Gray was reportedly arrested on July 26, on a charge of “trespassing unoccupied structure or conveyance.” according to documents obtained by The Shade Room.

According to the Broward County arrest records, the 34-year-old Empire star was booked in Hallandale Beach and taken into custody.

The record does not indicate the area Gray allegedly trespassed. However, it notes that his “charge status” is “pending trial,” and he has been placed on a $150 bond.

The former actor and aspiring recording artist, who starred as Hakeem Lyon in six seasons of the hit music drama “Empire,” has had a tough time since the show ended.

According to TMZ, Gray’s legal troubles date back at least to 2019. In June of that year, the actor was arrested after it was discovered he was driving without a license or insurance.

In 2022, Gray went to jail after an Arizona woman accused Gray of throwing a box of food at her and pulling her hair.
