Are you buying? Legendary 90’s R&B group Xscape says they’re in for ONE more album.
Th announcement was made as the group was on stage being honored at the 2019 Black Music Honors. Kandi’s mom, Mama Joyce, took to the stage to let fans know, “They still have one album left. The four of them, they started in my basement and I feel that they still have another album in them.”
Kandi spoke to a media outlet, and addressed her mom’s comments. “Obviously she put us on the spot but, I mean,” Burruss told the outlet after the award show. “I guess we gon’ grant her her wish. I didn’t know what to say but at the same time, she put it out there, my group members are here … we gon’ make it happen … we gon’ figure it out.”
Tiny Harris added another statement, “Yeah, when everybody schedule get together we gon’ get in that studio.”
