Sexual Assault Lawsuit Against Tiffany Haddish And Aries Spears Has Been Dropped

It looks like Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears are in the clear after the sexual assault charges against them have been dropped.

According to reports, Jane Doe who originally brought the charges against the two comedians has filed a motion to have the case dismissed stating that her family is ready to put the situation in the past.

“My family and I have known Tiffany Haddish for many years- and we now know that she would never harm me or my brother or help anyone else do anything that could harm us,” the accusor said in a statement. “We wish Tiffany the best and are glad that we can all put this behind us.”

According to the terms of the dismissal, the incident cannot be brought back up in court. We reported that a lawsuit was filed against Haddish and Spears alleging that the two comedians forced the two siblings, who were 14 and 17 at the time, to perform in sexually suggestive comedy skits.

Haddish has responded to the lawsuit and said, “I know people have a bunch of questions. I get it. I’m right there with you. Unfortunately, because there is an ongoing legal case, there’s very little that I can say right now.
