It has been two months since the tragic death of Digital Underground’s Shock G.
We reported that Shock G had unexpectedly died and the terms of his death had not been disclosed until now. The Hillsborough County Medical Examiner’s office has released the late rapper’s autopsy.
The autopsy showed that he died from a combination of fentanyl, ethanol, and methamphetamine. Shock G was 57-years-old.
