The 56-year-old singer/actress shared a video while at dance rehearsals. In the footage, Janet was on the floor, stretching her legs extremely far back. In the caption she wrote, “Trying to properly stretch before these rehearsals.”

In music news, Janet announced last month that her “number one” priority is being a mom. New music is coming, but Janet is in no rush. She said,
“There will be music at some point. Exactly when? I can’t say just yet, but there will be. I love it too much not to do it. This is all I know. There’s so much that I want to do — but my number one job is being a mama.”
Janet welcomed her precious baby boy in 2017 with her ex-husband Wissam Al Mana. Their son’s name is Eissa.
Recently, fans got the chance to see Janet live at Essence Fest. Unfortunately, there were some technical difficulties during the performance, Janet lost audio, but the icon was able to push through and put on a good show.
As of lately, it seems like Janet is focused on family, self love, and her career. In a recent IG post, she said, “sometimes the only closure you need is understanding that you deserve better.”
