As Steve Harvey wished his wife Marjorie a happy birthday on social media, fans quickly expressed their feelings towards the sentimental posts.
If you remember, last August rumors began to circulate that Marjorie had cheated on the radio personality with his bodyguard and his chef. Harvey posted a photo of him and Marjorie kissing with the caption that read, “Happy Birthday to my Queen.”
This was followed by another post that read, “Happy Birthday to my Queen. I love you.”
Some fans joined in on the celebration and wished Marjorie a happy birthday, however, other fans weren’t impressed and quickly brought up the cheating rumors. See what they had to say below.
In August, Steve shut down the rumors at the annual Invest Fest where he told fans that everything between him and his wife was fine.
“I’m fine. Marjorie’s fine,” he said. “I don’t know what y’all doing, but find something else to do’ cause we fine. Lord have mercy. I sure wish I could cuss, though. Sometimes you just want to respond but I ain’t got no time for rumors and gossip, man, but God been good to me. I’m still shining.”
This comes after we reported that Steve’s Morning Show co-host, Shirley Strawberry, issued an apology after a conversation she was having with her estranged husband leaked where they were talking about Steve and his wife.
“I was just trying to make conversation with him,” Strawberry said. “I’m talking about you and Marjorie, and you guys are going through your own private hell. You didn’t need me to contribute to anything. I wanted to say it live on the radio because your name is in it. We’ve been friends for a long time, Steve… I wanted to give you and Marjorie a public apology and ask for your forgiveness publicly.”
