The cause of death of Forest Whitaker’s ex-wife, Keisha Nash Whitaker, has been revealed.
According to her death certificate, Keisha died from alcoholic liver disease, a disease she had been dealing with for years. It also states that she died from acute renal failure, which is a symptom of anorexia.
Last month, we reported that Keisha passed away at Northridge Hospital Medical Center in L.A. County. She was married to actor Forest Whitaker for 20 years and shared three daughters. In 2018, Forest filed for divorce. In 1994, they met on the set of the movie “Blown Away and got married 2 years later in 1996.
Keisha Nash Whitaker worked as a model for 15 years. She was 51 years old when she passed away. We will continue to keep her loved ones in our thoughts and prayers.
