Famed actor Ray Liotta has passed away at age 67.
Liotta, best known for his role in the hit movie Good Fellas, reportedly died in his sleep while filming a new movie in the Dominican Republic.
His death was confirmed by his publicist on Thursday, and it was noted that his finacée, Jacy Nittolo, was with him during the time of his death.
The actor’s movie career spans decades. He has been in movies such as “Field of Dreams”, “Cocaine Bear”, and his current one “Dangerous Waters.”
Liotta’s former co-star, Lorraine Bracco tweeted, “I am utterly shattered to hear this terrible news about my Ray. I can be anywhere in the world and people will come up and tell me their favorite movie is ‘Goodfellas.’ Then they always what was the best part of making that movie. My response has always been the same… Ray Liotta.”
