Jada Pinkett-Smith speaks on the rumors about her husband Will Smith and fellow actor Duane Martin.
While in New York City, TMZ caught up with the actress to ask her about the rumors that Will and Duane engaged in sexual activity with each other. She replied with two words, “We Suing!” We reported earlier that a rep from Smith’s camp said that the actor was considering taking legal action against his former friend and assistant, Brother Bilaal.
During a recent interview, Bilaal claims that he caught Will Smith and Duane Martin in the act while looking for the actor for an unknown production.
He stated that he was “caught like a deer in headlights” when he walked in on them.
Will Smith has released a statement saying that the allegations against him are false.
