Jamie Foxx is addressing the rumors that Sean “Diddy” Combs tried to kill him in 2023 after suffering a medical emergency.

During a conversation with fellow comedians, Foxx talked about the time he spent in the hospital and said he would keep his spirits up by making jokes. “I was doing so many jokes in the hospital,” he said. “That’s the only way I could get through it. I’m a comic, so even when I was heavily sedated, and they gave me OxyContin, Dilantin, and morphine at the same time.”

The actor continued and said that they gave him a lot of medication for the pain. “They Men in Black-ed me, and I’m f***ed up, and this isn’t funny, but I snuck in my phone because I didn’t know what the outside world was saying and I couldn’t get my mind around the fact that I had a stroke,” he continued. “I’m in perfect f*****g shape. [I see things like,] ‘Puffy tried to kill me.’ No, Puffy didn’t try to kill me. When they said I was a clone, that made me flip. I’m sitting in the hospital bed, like, ‘These b***h-a** mother******s are trying to clone me.”

Foxx added that he was later approached by one of his caregivers about the clone conspiracy. “The next morning, I said, ‘I know what’s up, you’re trying to clone me and make me white so I’ll sell better overseas,’” he said. “The psychiatrist says, ‘Are you all right?’ And I say, ‘Am I all right or am I all white? I saw you trying to get the white motherfucking Jamie Foxx and it ain’t going to happen.’ He just calmly goes, ‘I think we’re going to lower your dosage.’”

We reported that in 2023, Jamie Foxx was hospitalized after suffering from an unknown medical emergency. During that time, multiple tests were run to figure out what caused the medical emergency. It was later discovered that he suffered a stroke, which led to a brain bleed.
