Kandi Burruss hosted a community giveback supplying nearly 500 children with school supplies.
The event was held at the Jefferson Park Recreation Center in East Point, and she collaborated with Garner Trial Attorneys, Goodr, and Nouveaux to help the families in need.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star spoke about her event and said, “With so much negativity in the world and the cost of living continuing to rise, we are delighted to spread some positivity and help the families within our community that desperately need it.”
She continued, “This initiative will provide single-parent homes with the necessities for all of their back-to-school needs.”
Jasmine Crowe, the CEO of Goodr also spoke about the event and on how single-parent homes are “uniquely vulnerable part of our communities.”
“Even two-income households are struggling to provide anything above basic necessities right now so events like this are essential. Goodr is honored to partner with Kandi Cares again on such a vital initiative.”
This is truly amazing for Kandi to do for others.
