Kandi Burruss is accusing her estranged husband Todd Tucker of squatting in her home and avoiding child support payments.

As TMZ reports, court documents reveal that since their separation, Kandi claims Todd has been living in her guest house in Atlanta, which she says is her own property purchased before the marriage.

In the docs, the ‘RHOA’ alum says Todd hasn’t paid a “single expense for the maintenance and upkeep of the home, to include – utilities, gas, lawn care, water, pest control or even fees associated with the alarm system.”

In addition to household expenses, Kandi added that Todd hasn’t been a supportive parent in the home where their children, Ace and Blaze, reside. Kandi asserts that she has been the primary caregiver despite her active professional life. She even hired a nanny to assist her, challenged Todd’s claims on social media that he’s an active father.

The filing notes that since Kandi and Todd’s November 2025 divorce, their children have had two seperate birthday celebrations. While Todd attended both, he did financially contribute to either according to the docs. She also claims he hasn’t helped her out with tuition, fees, or school supplies … and hasn’t kicked in for child support.

Kandi is asking the judge to order Todd to pay child support and share in the expenses for the kids. She’s also asking the judge to issue an order laying out the parenting time for each.

Todd responds to Kandi’s accusations

In an update report, Todd is pushing back against Kandi’s squatting claims.

In his filing, Todd admitted he was living in the guest house however he said it was because Kandi “unilaterally removed” him from the main home by directing her family members to relocate his stuff without his consent, and without court intervention.

In response to financially supporting the kids, Todd says that before their separation, they both deposited money into a joint account for expenses.

He claims that after the split, Kandi told him she would stop using that account and would pay the bills herself. He further alleges she is now attempting to “reframe and weaponize” that arrangement to suggest financial neglect.

Todd is now requesting temporary primary legal and physical custody until a permanent parenting agreement is established.
