The West’s are allegedly expecting another baby via surrogate. This will be the couples’ fourth child together.

Kim and Kanye currently have three children North (5) Saint (3) and Chicago (11 months).

According to reports, KimYe have one embryo left, a male. And it is set to arrive sometime in May.
