Kenya Moore has announced that her divorce from Marc Daly is officially finalized.
“After more than three years of litigation, I have finally been granted a divorce,” Moore shared with PEOPLE. “I want to thank everyone who prayed for and uplifted me when I needed it the most.”
She shared that she is excited for the next chapter of her life and to continue to be a mother to her daughter, Brooklyn.
Moore concluded that she has not closed the door on love just yet.
“As a hopeless romantic, I still believe my forever person exists and know I’ll have my happily ever after ending after all,” she said.
During the Real Housewives of Atlanta season 14 reunion, Moore explained that the holdup for the divorce, which was originally filed in 2021, was not due to alimony or child support.
“He’s not asking for anything at this point. It’s just at a standstill so until we get a trial date or settle, it’s still going to go on,” she said.
Moore and Daly got married in 2017 and had Brooklyn in 2018. The RHOA star’s 2021 court filing stated that she had been living in a “bonafide state of separation” since September 2019.
