Former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kenya Moore announced Friday that she is shuttering her luxury hair salon following a protracted legal dispute.
The reality television personality and entrepreneur shared the news with her followers, signaling the end of a business venture that had been a central focus of her professional life in recent years.
“This salon chapter is closing,” Moore said, citing ongoing legal challenges as a primary factor in the decision to move on from the physical storefront. The Kenya Moore Hair Spa, located in the prestigious Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta, was designed to complement her existing line of retail hair care products.
While the salon provided high-end services to a dedicated clientele, it also became a point of contention during her final appearances on television and in private litigation.
The legal battle Moore referenced appears to be the catalyst for the sudden shift in her business strategy. Although she did not provide specific details regarding the terms of the settlement or the nature of the filings, she indicated that the resolution of these issues allowed her to step away from the brick-and-mortar operation to focus on other endeavors.
Moore hinted at new projects on the horizon, though she has yet to announce a specific timeline for her next venture.
