Reality star and businesswoman Kim Kardashian revealed in the premiere of the seventh season of her show that doctors found a “little aneurysm” during a recent MRI scan.

In an emotionally charged moment, Kardashian told her sister, “There’s like a little aneurysm,” as footage showed her inside the MRI machine. She then recounted doctors telling her the condition was likely caused by “just stress.”

Despite the gravity of the news, she indicated the aneurysm has not ruptured and is under close medical monitoring.

Kardashian, 45, linked the aneurysm to what she described as sustained emotional pressure following her divorce from Kanye West. The former couple share four children. “I feel more stressed probably just because I have to protect my kids… Everyone around can handle [the drama], but I want to protect my babies,” she said.

She also disclosed that her psoriasis, which had been dormant since her divorce, recently flared up again. “I haven’t had psoriasis since I got divorced, and it just started coming back,” she said.

Kardashian further reflected on her past relationship, saying, “I always felt like I had a little bit of Stockholm syndrome… I always felt really bad and always protected [him] and always wanted to help [him].”

What a Brain Aneurysm Means

Medical sources say a brain aneurysm is a bulge or ballooning in a weakened blood-vessel wall in the brain. If it leaks or ruptures, it can cause a hemorrhagic stroke. But most unruptured aneurysms remain silent and do not cause major problems.

Kardashian says her focus remains on her children, her health and moving forward. “My ex will be in my life no matter what. We have four kids together,” she said.
