Reality star Kim Zolciak is trying to call off her divorce again.
According to reports, she has requested that a court judge throw out the divorce papers due to the fact that they still get intimate with each other. Last month, Kroy Biermann served Zolciak divorce papers for the second time in their 12 year marriage. The second filing came almost a month after the couple called off their separation.
For the recent filing, Biermann cited that his marriage was “irretrievably broken”, however Kim said that it was false. She also believes that there is still hope to work out their differences because they are consistently having intercourse.
Kim Zolciak also revealed that the two of them have been living under the same roof without any issues. It was previously reported that the former NFL star had locked Kim out of their home after a verbal dispute, which ended with the police being called and going to the house.
