Kimora Lee Simmons is making her return to reality TV.
Simmons is set to star in Kimora: Back in the Fab Lane on E!
“It’s been almost 15 years since you last saw me and my family,” Kimora says in the trailer. “A lot has changed. I have more businesses — Baby Phat was my first baby. Being a fashion icon is also my job.”
Simmons admitted that she was “luxury hoarder,” but most importantly, “I’m the mom, I’m the dad, I’m the CFO.”
“I have a lot of kids: Ming Lee, Aoki Lee, Kenzo Lee, Gary Lee, Wolfy Lee, my bonus son Jaden,” Kimora said. “Kenzo and Gary wanna be independent and grown. And Wolfy is my last baby. It’s like the Brady Bunch — but with no husband.”
Kimora also shares that she loves working in her business with her daughters.
“Ming is my first-born, she’s like a little princess,” she says. “Aoki is like a supermodel, backpacker.”
Ming and Aoki describe their mother as “a momager” — as “amazing” and “like Superwoman,” and if there’s one thing Kimora knows, it’s that she’s a “great mom.”
As the trailer ends, the former model says, “Sorry I left you all — but I’m back now.”
“Between dealing with the whims of her top-model daughters, cheering at her sons’ championship games and celebrating her own major milestones, Kimora’s world is even more fabulous and outrageous than ever before. Buckle up.”
Considered of the top supermodels of her era, Simminosn signed an exclusive contract with Chanel as a teenager. She also walked the runways of major houses like Fendi and Valentino. In 1999, she launched global lifestyle brand Baby Phat in 1999 which she sold for $240 Million in 2004.
