UPDATE: According to TMZ, Kobe’s 13-year-old daughter, Gianna Maria, was on board the helicopter that crashed and took the life of her legendary father. The former Lakers star was on his way to the Mamba Academy for basketball practice with his daughter’s teammate, a parent and other passengers, who have yet to be confirmed.
