Makeup guru and reality star Kylie Jenner is now the world’s youngest billionaire.
According to Forbes, the 21-year-old “is not only made the billionaires’ list for the first time but is the world’s youngest billionaire as well as the “youngest self-made billionaire of all time.”
Jenner launched her Kylie Cosmetics a little over three years ago. Following the success of the makeup online store and pop up shops, she signed a distribution deal with Ulta, pushing out $29 lip kits – a matte liquid lipstick and matching lip liner into Ulta’s 1,000 plus stores.
Six weeks later, the Kardashians youngest sister sold over $54 million worth of products.

Jenner says:
“I popped up at a few stores, I did my usual social media – I did what I usually do, and it just worked.”
Forbes estimated her company is worth at least $900 million. She owns it all and with all the cash she pulled in from Ulta, she is with an “estimated fortune of $1 billion.”
“I didn’t expect anything. I did not foresee the future,” says Jenner. “But [the recognition] feels really good. That’s a nice pat on the back.”
Congrats to Kylie!!!
